Today I work as a team lead consultant for Accenture, managing IT projects, developing technology tools for our customers that able them to improve their business. We use all Microsoft suit like D365, Power platform, etc. My experience is based in developed skills with enough analysis capabilities to understand the company needs and propose factible solutions, execute it and achieve the expected results; all this into a sustainable way according to continuous improvement principles. Ensure the company strategy execution through planning,(re)designing, auditing and continuously improving the company processes. My professional development started working in process improvement in the Caribbean & South America, being part of a multidisciplinary team learning how to analyze processes and strategies to detect and execute improvement opportunities to achieve the company goals.
