About Adrian Ramadhan

Studied chemical engineering with a focus on renewable energy, has had professional experience as a control system engineer, and currently working in the upstream oil and gas industry. Highly adaptive, easy going, friendly, enthusiastic and energetic. One will likely find me out and about, socializing, trying to learn as much as I can from people from different backgrounds. If you meet me in a group of people, you’ll most likely find me to be the noisiest person in that bunch! I try my best to make people smile, better yet make them laugh with me. Extensive knowledge in terms of control systems, process instrumentation, and upstream oil and gas process. Even had limited experience in downstream oil and gas too! I consider myself to have climbed the ladder of experience, starting as an engineer working day to day with paperwork and designs, up to my current position as a supervisor on-site, providing supervision and monitoring to personnel from multiple disciplines. I am the type of leader that tries to listen to as many people as possible, to gain as many opinions as possible. I find that to be the best way to satisfy the needs of the majority. On the other hand, once a decision is final, I will stick to it without a doubt. Currently working at a national oil company.
