Profile: I am a very experienced retail professional with over 23 years direct experience having worked for Dreams PLC, Harvey's Furnishing Group and Argos. I have a great wealth of experience of ordering from suppliers having held the post of Executive Orders Manager previously & very good experience of creating requests based on future demand and maintaining appropriate inventory levels. I have excellent experience of operational plans, creating and executing them. This experience comes from holding the position of Operations Manager and other experiences gained through previous employments. I possess excellent experience of supplier, capacity and capability and maintaining continual supply, also very good experience of measuring supplier performance, compliance and measuring performance in relation to fulfilment and inventory costs. Some experience of forging relationships with new capable and reliable suppliers but extensive experience of dealing with established suppliers and improving relationships. I have exceptional forecasting experience, measuring the operational forecasting and reviewing forecasting inline with performance and recommended modifications.
