Key Responsibilities and Competencies: • Fault Analysis and Repair: Conducting analyses on HV batteries and BMS (HW & SW), including disassembly, repair, and creation of test and analysis reports (e.g, 8D reports). • Quality Management: Supporting the service team and production in resolving quality issues, driving the fault elimination process, and creating error frequency statistics. • Testing and Inspection: Testing HV battery systems and components internally as well as in collaboration with external service providers (e.g, ECE-R100). Responsibility for BMS test and inspection equipment, including monitoring, repair, and calibration – both internally and at the customer. • Maintenance and Upkeep: Maintenance of laboratory and testing equipment as well as creation of checklists, inspection protocols, and DIN ISO/TS 22163-compliant documents (e.g, work and inspection instructions). • Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Close cooperation with internal and external departments, laboratories, and testing institutes. Incorporating lessons learned into the product development for new products.
