Best described as pragmatic and resourceful, Mr. Sanborn is both a committed and visionary Engineer with 10+ years’ experience in machine and systems repair and maintenance. He provides strategic leadership to steer the direction of the organization forward while providing insight on how to dive into unlimited opportunities for growth via industry best practices, loss prevention, and sustainable relationships. Currently partnering as a Repair Technician for Hexagon Metrology, Mr. Sanborn pioneers operations for PCMM handling all repairs for mechanical, electrical, and measurement systems. Prior to Hexagon, Mr. Sanborn worked as a Field Service Technician for Hesco installing, removing, and replacing all rain and wastewater sensing equipment, valve, pump, and gate rebuilds for all Southeast Michigan for different municipalities, counties, and townships. And prior to this role, Mr. Sanborn worked as an Aviation Electronics Technician for the Marine Helicopter Squadron One. Known by his peers as a team leader, Mr. Sanborn has a heart for transcending organizational excellence by driving both individual and collective success among key internal and external stakeholders through implementing continuous improvement practices. Mr. Sanborn’s most notable talent is his unique ability to train and champion the productivity of his team thereby enhancing morale and efficiency.
