With over 24 years’ experience, process improvement and problem-solving are at the heart of what I do. I have a strong background in quality audits, administration, and operational excellence, built over 18 years working in laboratories across metals and minerals, including supervisory roles. For the past 8 years, I have specialised in Learning and Development, working globally within labs and the energy services sector. I’m known for driving compliance, enhancing processes, and leading teams to deliver consistent results in complex, high-pressure environments. A key achievement has been spearheading the company’s move to Google Docs and leading a major project to develop over 200 methods alongside supporting SOPs. This initiative standardised processes, bridged operational gaps, and set the foundation for ongoing continual improvement. My international experience has given me a deep understanding of diverse cultures and business practices, enabling me to adapt quickly and lead change effectively. Passionate about developing both people and processes, I combine hands-on expertise with strategic insight to help organisations unlock their full potential. I’m currently open to new opportunities where I can apply this unique blend of skills and leadership to make a real difference.
