About Adrian Turton

I am a dedicated individual who is passionate about creating and leading high performing teams to deliver outstanding results. I believe the essence of success is through the recruiting, motivating and retention of diverse talent. This, combined with the ability to work with and learn from others as well as a strong acumen for financial results, are the principles I have maintained throughout my career. During my tenure at Fairmont Hotels and Resorts in Canada and the U.S, there was a strong focus on the highest customer service, workplace culture, fiscal responsibility, health and safety, and risk management. While with Compass Group, I was responsible for providing YVR with over two hundred customer service personnel and establishing the contracted-out Operation Centre Agents. This was my first foray into the contracted service provider world, which heightened my skills in client relations, KPIs and RFP proposals. In my current role, we have built an outstanding team, established a positive reputation, grown the business, provided exceptional customer service and improved our financial results. It has also provided me with opportunity to work with the SEIU and participate in two collective bargaining negotiations.
