Adrian has over 26 years’ South African and international consulting experience. He is a technically sophisticated leader with both local and international experience in leading and managing the delivery of innovative and practical digital and business transformation programmes. He is also a skilled and highly experienced Enterprise Architect in both the business and the technology domains. Adrian has worked across a wide range of industries and geographies over the course of his almost 40-year career. Being results focused with a solid reputation for achieving corporate growth objectives, Adrian has a strong track record of successfully helping his clients to achieve the business benefits associated with their digital transformation initiatives. This includes but is not limited to: • Consistently delivering a high degree of customer satisfaction and hence stronger customer retention by optimizing the bank’s customer experience. • Maintaining an optimal customer experience by delivering a highly responsive multi-channel platform that enables customers to use multiple channels when initiating and completing product or service requests and providing a highly customizable product and service portfolio. • Delivering a sustainably lower cost-to-serve and Cost-to-Income by implementing a digitally enabled operating environment that is both streamlined and responsive (able to “sense and respond”) • Enabling smoother cross-sell and up sell by providing optimal product and service portfolios that are highly customizable and easy for the bank’s customers to access • Helping banks to improve branch productivity by using digital banking solutions to redefine the role of the branch in modern day banking • Delivering externalized pricing and billing to optimise the value derived from pricing and billing engines • Introducing a far more scalable operating environment (both horizontally and vertically) by helping the bank to shift to an “open” composable architecture using open API technology and a hybrid integration platform. Over the course of his career, he has successfully delivered transformation programmes across South Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and North America.
