About Adrian Wulf

To make the world a better place is the driving force that lead me to my studies as well as my years volunteering. And after my degree in 2021 it still accompanies me in my current position at the Cradle to Cradle model region. Over the last years and especially my year as part of the chair of the General Student Executive Committee at the University of Lüneburg, I have found that I particularly enjoy managing organizations and organizational units. As a chairman, my focus was on managing, representing and accompanying the approximately 35 employees in all situations, including the first five months of the Corona pandemic. What is exciting here is the multitude of different needs and the ever-changing challenges, which make it possible to keep learning new things while at the same time working towards a long-term goal within the big picture. This is in harmony with my focus in my scientific work, which lies in the critical reflection of existing systems and practices. The goal is to create a space for innovation towards a better state for all through a discourse, using the approach of system thinking and questioning of the existing, with the help of methodical visioning.
