About Adrian Yap

For the past 6 years at Australian Clinical Labs (ACL) I have worked closely with the NSW CEO, NSW Sales Manager, National eHealth Manager, National Marketing Coorindator and their respective teams as well as other interstate business units to deliver on projects and campaigns focused on revenue pipeline growth, delivering new services and achieving cost saving efficiencies. In the 7 years prior to commencing this role I supported the organisation as a Marketing Coordinator and Client IT Support Specialist. I have extensive experience in creating and implementing marketing campaigns drawing from my 13 years of experience within the industry and my detailed knowledge of departmental operations across the various business units within ACL. On a day-to-day basis and at a project level I am directly responsible for and involved in multi channel communications throughout the organsisation. In addition to marketing management, business analysis forms a core part of my day-to-day. I lead and continue to take part in many interstate cross departmental business improvement initiatives designed at achieving efficiencies and improved ROI. During my time at ACL I have played a key role in both the marketing and ITC systems integrations that took place as a result of 2 business mergers, 1 brand refresh, 3 company wide rebrands, 3 core laboratory relocations and 3 laboratory information systems (LIS) integrations. During these intergrations I was responsible for- Establishing the rules for data intergration - Preparing customer demographics and reporting preference for import into the new LIS - Creating brand asset registers - Rebranding all print and digital marketing peripheral (e.g. brochures, website, signage)- Creating of stakeholder communications
