Background

About Adriana I.

My professional goal is to work in planning, optimization processes and continuous improvement areas in order to increase the operation productivity without compromising the quality of the final product. Strong analysis capability and problem resolution, curiosity and resilience are part of my soft skills. I feel comfortable learning new concepts and understanding macro processes. An example of this was at LATAM Airlines, where I created a calculation model to scale new operations at small and medium airports. I can offer you seven years of Operational and Supply Planning experience. My last job was in Capacity Planning of Airports, responsible for capacity studies and headcount calculation for passenger service and ground handling. A significant result was the implementation of quick win initiatives, which saved US$ by reducing the headcount without compromising the operation. I worked at companies of different sectors like: consumer goods, management consulting, cosmetic industry and aviation. Nowadays my career focus is to work in companies where I can have autonomy to make decisions in a pleasant environment where it is possible to balance the professional and personal life.
