About Adriana Steinberg

I am an ASCP certified Medical Laboratory Scientist with 12 years of experience in my field. I have honed and fine tuned my laboratory skills to a high degree. I am very familiar with the scientific process and I have excellent multi-tasking and time management skills. Being detail oriented allows me to analyze data and workflow but I also see the bigger picture. Problem solving is my strong suit and I am always looking to improve all work processes to their highest efficiency. I have experience writing and editing technical documents and Standard Operating Procedures including job aids. Part of my job is also analyzing data to ensure new lots of reagent are fit for production, perform instrument to instrument comparisons, carryover studies, CAP testing, and IHPT studies. Communication is an essential part of the lab and any successful business team and I believe I contribute a great deal to our team in providing essential information in a professional manner. I am an explorer at heart and I love learning new things. Health and fitness are passions of mine. Being a hard worker, I also love working on new projects and I am very enthusiastic about it, often putting free time into tirelessly accomplishing my goals. I like to solve problems and enjoy approaching them from different angles. Having a strong creative side, I also enjoy a large array of hobbies including dancing, reading, crafts, fermentation, music and cooking.
