About Adriane Abrams

With over 25 years in the Fluid Power industry, the past 11 as a Customer Service Leader, I build teams with a focus on CARE – Commitment, Attention, Responsibility and Empathy – for each other, our customers, and our supplier partners. As my path has wound through various roles in administrative support, project management, inside sales and account management, I’ve found my strongest passion is for people and team development, built on a foundation of systems and best practices. Leading teams through significant changes, I’ve created new team structures, defined new roles and responsibilities, and established hiring processes. Recognizing the need for efficient on-boarding, I created our company’s first video training library. Based on feedback from our younger generations, a mentor program was created, and training in soft skills such as communication and collaboration are provided. Our business is nothing without its’ talented people, which is why a focus on their development has been crucial to our success.
