Hi. I’m Adriane! I’m a marketer with over 11 years of experience, and I love helping brands be more human. I bring a balance of strategic, creative, and ambitious thinking to everything I do. I’m a skilled communicator and storyteller with a passion for creating memorable customer experiences. I have had the privilege of working with some amazing organizations – from small businesses and nonprofits to startups and global tech companies. I’ve launched multi-million-dollar global campaigns and created social media posts for small local charities. The connecting thread throughout all my work is a drive to help brands connect with their customers through human-centered strategies. Here are some highlights: • Managed the strategy and creative production of a global brand campaign with a development budget of over $5M. • Led collaboration with creative and media agency partners, as well as regional marketing teams, to execute global campaigns and drive integration across 60 countries. • Executed a successful multi-channel product launch amplification strategy to coincide with a major industry event, resulting in a digital reach of 1.1M in a one-week period. • Started and operated a successful marketing business, building and managing brands for over 50 clients. • Led multiple cross-functional teams across 7 years; recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and conducting performance coaching to foster growth and engagement. I am currently enrolled in the Kellogg School of Management's Accelerated Marketing Leadership Program at Northwest University (December 2023 – June 2024), where I am strengthening and expanding my skills across various marketing disciplines. I look forward to applying this knowledge to my work and adding value to my current and future teams.
