KEY ACHIEVEMENTS: • Managed and led a multi-faceted not-for-profit disability service through several difficult periods in the history of the organisation resulting in unprofitable divisions which historically made losses of more than $250K and $100K achieving $100K profit and breakeven respectively without additional fixed costs. • Managed the start up and running of 2 new manufacturing plants, in Indonesia and Malaysia, for a 2-year period as the sole expatriate based in Jakarta, Indonesia. • Managed a highly unionised 24/7 manufacturing facility improving systems and outputs. Implemented and drove continuous improvement systems that reduced Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate from 29.2 to 0 over a 3-year period whilst at the same time improving production outputs by 25-30% without increasing fixed costs.
