I am a consumer banking leader with over 18 years of experience in the banking and fintech industries, specializing in digital transformation, product and portfolio management, risk management, and business planning. I hold the BSMR level 3 certification from the Indonesian Risk Professional Association and the PRINCE2 Foundation certification from PeopleCert, demonstrating my expertise in managing complex projects and risks in a dynamic environment. Currently, I am the Transformation Consumer Banking Group Head at CIMB Niaga, one of the largest banks in Indonesia, where I lead the strategic initiatives to transform the consumer banking business and enhance the customer experience, leveraging on data, technology, and innovation. In my previous roles, I was the CEO of Mopinjam, a fintech subsidiary of Modana Group, and various position in unsecured loan business, where I drove the growth and performance of the unsecured lending and credit card, respectively. I am passionate about creating value for customers, stakeholders, and society through fintech solutions and digital platforms.
