About Adriel Chan

With 2 years of experience in Technical Support and Network related environment at Intel Corporation, I have gained valuable information on how large scale networks run. I am also part of the team that does internal hardware support. We monitor the JIRA ticketing systems to make sure tickets are supported at a timely manner and that proper documentation is made during the whole support process. There are many support requests such as adding logic analyzers or changing different media types or components on our emulation platforms. We also have to program IP addresses on peripheral devices so IPs don’t clash with existing devices. Hardware swaps or software updates are an everyday task. I also have many years of customer service interacting with customers face to face or on the phone. I’ve worked as a Bank Teller as well as a Sales Associate so giving customers the best service has always been my passion and building that customer relationship is an area where I have experience in. I have experience handling large amounts of cash and being accurate in dealing with customers and their money. I am also a very adept with my hands on skills. I took the Wireless Communication Technician program at BCIT and learned many different hands on skills such as soldering components on PCBs or structured cabling and wiring circuitry.
