2023 Mainframe specialization. 2018-2022 Within my research team, I analyzed / interpreted metagenomic and Multi-OMICS data (Tn-Seq / RT-qPCR) using bioinformatics tools (Prism / MatLab) and databases produced : RNA-Seq and existing databases : STRING, UniProt, EcoCyc Database etc. I used chemotherapy agents with genotoxic properties (Mitomycin-C and Bleomycin). I identified the importance of biological functions (not directly involved in DNA repair but contributing to survival ); I identified as well, existing interconnections between the different DNA repair pathways. Complementary biochemical approaches such as Western-Blot and "in vitro" degradation assays have been used to confirm the role of partners. I am currently working on strengthening my skills in bioinformatics and programming (Python, C ~300h).
