About Adrien Hoock

With over 21 years of work experience, I am a passionate and driven coach of Lean Six Sigma, a methodology that helps organizations achieve operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business growth. I have a strong background in process improvement, process engineering, and technical management, and I enjoy applying my skills and knowledge to diverse and complex business problems. I currently work as a Coach Lean Six Sigma at 3M, a global leader in innovation and technology, where I share the company's vision of improving lives through science and sustainability. As a Coach Lean Six Sigma at 3M, I am responsible for coaching 13 Black Belts on the methodology, as well as training the Black Belts and Green Belts on various tools and techniques. I also adapt and develop training modules to suit the needs of different teams and projects, such as Complex Business Problems, Kaizen events, and Cross-functional Value Stream Maps. Some of my achievements include training 200 Green Belts and 90 Black Belts, designing specific training modules, and enhancing the performance and efficiency of various processes across the organization. I use my skills in process improvement, lean six sigma, and process engineering to deliver high-quality training and coaching that empower the participants to achieve their goals and improve their results.
