Providing strategic leadership by working with the Management Teams to establish, implement and oversee the medium and long range goals, plans and with overall P&L responsibility. Experience with many State and Federal Authorities and Associations to improve the industry with leading the discussions and narrative to set standards. With a proven track record in domestic and international business, developing high value, solution driven relationships with customers, stakeholders and suppliers across Australia and Asian markets. I understand the complexity of distribution, including management, terms of trade, risk and safety management. I manage with authority and autonomy to develop the growth strategies, mobilizing the resources and talent to execute the agreed game plans for tomorrow’s challenges, today. With a vast knowledge and experience of the competitive landscape, markets and key stakeholders allows me to navigate business as it evolves.
