I am pursuing a EDD in Education with a focus on Organizational Change and Administration at California Baptist University. Skilled in public speaking, I have delivered numerous workshops and presentations. My technical proficiencies include an extensive command of the Microsoft Office Suite and expertise in various student information systems and databases. I am dedicated to fostering collaboration and upholding high standards among my team and stakeholders. As the University Registrar at Simpson University, I occupy a crucial role in fostering the institution's enrollment initiatives and strengthening academic accomplishments among students. I am at the helm of the university's innovation in both on-campus and online course offerings, catering to a diverse mix of traditional students and adult learners. My responsibilities entail the important task of safeguarding student academic records, overseeing the efficient administration of records management and registration procedures.
