About Adrienne Eidson

Currently Adrienne is the Director of Support Services at OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital. Adrienne Eidson, MSCN, RDN, LD, CPXP graduated Magna Cum Laude with her undergraduate degree from Ohio University in Health and Consumer Sciences. From there she completed her 11-month comprehensive dietetic internship at Virginia Commonwealth University Health (MVC) and became a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She took her passion and knowledge for patient care and food service and became a Patient Service Manager with Aramark Healthcare+ in the VCU Health food service operation. She managed the 779-bed food service operation on a daily basis along with addressing menu and diet compliancy issues. A few of her daily responsibilities include conducting disciplines, payroll, schedules, managing labor hours, creation of job flows and other managerial duties. After 2-years of being a manager at VCU Health she became the Director of the Food and Nutrition Department. She continued her patient care and food service duties operationally but added more responsibilities such as finances, client interaction, food cost, and labor cost. In 2020, she moved to a startup Aramark Healthcare+ account, Indiana University Health. She led the integration of the Aramark’s patient food service standards into 17 hospital locations within 10 months. This entailed standardizing the patient menu, implementing CBORD, ensuring recipe compliance, implementation of International Dysphagia Diet Standards Initiative (IDDSI), and launching the standard Aramark programs. In addition, she has led and fostered the patient experience relationships in both food and environmental services for all 17 IU Health locations as well as operated FNS and EVS in two accounts, Riley Children’s Hospital and IUH Revenue Cycle Service. Adrienne relocated with Aramark Healthcare+ and moved to the District of Columbia to lead the new partnership with Children's National Hospital and Children’s National at Bunker Hill. During this time she lead the food service transition and built the foundational framework of the program. Recently, Adrienne started a new role with OhioHealth as the Clinical Nutrition Manager at Riverside Hospital. In this new role she leads the 33 dietitians at the system flagship hospital, the system OhioHealth Nutrition Support Team and Cortrak team. She empowers her team to work at the top of their licensure to ensure optimal patient care. She recently took a new role as the Director of Support Services at Riverside managing EVS, parking and patient transport.
