About Adrienne Legault

Growing up alongside a grandfather with MS, I saw the trials and tribulations of how the built environment affects one’s way of life. That experience and coupled with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology shaped my worldview, which said that one way of doing things is not the only way. It is my goal to continue to dedicate myself to embrace the diversity that this world and its people have to offer, and create an environment, both physical and cultural, that is inclusive for all. I joined the Adaptability Canada team in 2015 and have transitioned in my role, first starting as a junior analyst and now providing value as a project manager and consultant, exploring the gaps in accessibility standard and consulting on how to improve the environment to fit best standards. In this role I liaise with staff and management, relay with suppliers and clients, and offer logistical and administrative assistance. I have become a ‘catch-all’ that supports any project or task when needed, bringing a sense of organization and compassion with me along the way. I pride myself on having a talent for bringing the team’s ideas to life and evolving with the needs of the company. In my spare time I can be found advocating for Breast Cancer Awareness and sharing my own experiences with the same, in the hopes of connecting with individuals with a similar story so we can support one another
