I'm Adrienne Sutton, a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the association industry, focusing on professional development, credentialing, and education. A proud graduate of the US Chamber of Commerce's Institute for Organization Management (IOM) program in Athens, GA, I now serve as the Chief Operating Officer and Chairman of Limitless Association Solution Resource, a boutique AMC (Association Management Company) based in Littleton, CO. At Limitless, I specialize in the development and maintenance of certification programs, with a focus on strategy, operations, marketing, and accreditation. I’m passionate about crafting innovative solutions that help organizations thrive through high-impact programs that maintain relevance and value. Previously, I served as the Director of Credentialing & Operations for the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA), managing the leading certification program for the CST and CSFA professions. During my tenure, I gained extensive expertise in exam development, ANSI ISO 17024 accreditation, NCCA accreditation, and advanced credentialing strategies. My professional journey also includes eleven years with Partners in Association Management in Tallahassee, FL, the largest AMC-accredited management company in the state. I contributed across multiple departments—membership, continuing education, and certification—and co-launched a foundation in 2008 to promote dental laboratory education. At the heart of my work is a passion for helping organizations and professionals achieve their certification and education goals through operational excellence and strategic vision.
