As a Payroll & Benefits Manager at Electric Hydrogen, a leading clean energy company, I oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll and benefits processes for over 300 employees across multiple states and jurisdictions. I ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of payroll and benefits transactions, reporting, and tax filings, using Rippling HR & IT Software and other tools. With over 20 years of experience in payroll management, I have developed extensive knowledge and skills in payroll best practices, guidelines, and regulations, as well as in payroll accounting, implementation, and process improvement. I have successfully handled complex payroll issues, such as multi-jurisdictional tax management, equity compensation, and travel and expense reimbursements. I have also earned the Fundamentals of Payroll Certification (FPC) from the American Payroll Association, demonstrating my proficiency and professionalism in the field.
