10 years of being in the social impact space. I have co-founded an organisation whose fulcrum is gender justice and for young people to have access to information and resources to know their rights and realise their potential. Rangeen Khidki Foundation works in the space of sexual and reproductive health and rights in semi-urban and rural communities in West Bengal. I have worked on public mental health systems reform, advocated for the rights of people living with disabilities using the UNCRPD and SDGs as guiding frameworks and been part of task forces to help implement the country’s governing law on mental health, the Mental Health Care Act (2017).
