About Adson Bispo

After years and years of self-reflection and study, I realized that an invisible superpower, which I call "true skills," is at work behind the tasks and functions I perform. These are my TRUE SKILLS: I have a strong creative impulse. It's like a natural gift; I develop ideas with ease, sometimes seemingly without thinking. Creativity, pioneering spirit, innovation and intuition are my oxygen, just like breathing. I owe all this to my ability to see things from a global, integrated and, at the same time, very in-depth perspective. That is where my difference lies: moving between perspectives and seeing the whole picture and the parts, like a puzzle. By integrating everything, I express it in a unique and enthusiastic way. At this point, I dive deeper and refine my work so that the result is aesthetically pleasing and orderly. When I see that I am heading toward perfectionism, I step back and focus on execution because bringing these ideas to life is one of my central professional development goals. My ideal work environments are those that focus on innovation and pioneering to generate improvements for the collective. These are places where objectivity is a central goal, where work flows rhythmically, and where there is freedom to discover unknown spaces and create more.
