About Adv. Animesh Pandey

An En-rolled Advocate under Bar Council of India having a graduation on B.A.LL.B.(Hons.) 5 YDC from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore, Madhya Pradesh and a PGDCA, Animesh has a very dynamic experience in various fields of Law including Insolvency and Bankruptcy, RERA, M&A, Labor Law, Contract Management, Consumer Laws, Criminal and Constitutional Litigation from District Court to High Court and the Supreme Court of India. While in his institute, during the course of his graduation, Animesh had a keen interest on the extra-curricular activities of the institute and has been an active member of Literary Society as well as Publication Department of his institute. As an individual, he has developed his skills in public speaking, research and presentations through participating and organizing various events including Parliamentary Debates, Model United Nations, Trial Advocacy, Client Counselling Competition and Moot Courts. Animesh has always been, and is still, active in various Social Activities. He has been in the service of Bharat Scouts and Guides for 5-years. He has also been a member of two-camps organized by National Service Scheme (NSS). He has also participated in Isha Foundation's initiatives like Rally for Rivers and Cauvery Calling. He was also the part of Bharat Swabhiman Manch (Indore). As a poet, Animesh has written 100+ poetries in Hindi language and some of his poems have also been published by Forever Shinings in their anthology book,"Rashtrabodh" and Droplets of Ink Publication on their anthology "Gulzar". He is open to new opportunities and is looking forward to explore new dynamics in work culture.
