At Société Générale, I focus on drafting, negotiating, and reviewing derivative documentation—including ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs, CDEAs, GMRAs, and Termination Agreements—ensuring regulatory compliance across the EMEA and AMER regions. Before transitioning into derivatives, I gained extensive experience in general corporate law, handling a wide range of commercial contracts, including: • NDAs (mutual/unilateral), MSAs, Software Licenses, SaaS & Cloud Agreements (including AWS), Consultancy & Subcontractor Agreements, Supply & Reseller Agreements, CSR Agreements, LoIs, MoUs, SLAs, Partnership Agreements, Lease Deeds, and Termination Notices. I hold a BBA.LLB (Hons) from Amity University and have pursued additional certifications in advanced contract drafting, banking and finance law, and dispute resolution.
