Advait Bopardikar is a Senior Product Manager for Vertex AI - an Enterprise Platform for both Generative & Predictive AI. He works on the Developer Experience Strategy & Go to Market Strategy across the Vertex AI Platform Portfolio. Prior to this role he was Google Cloud's Canadian AI/ML Practice for Customer Engineering. He was focused on helping customers implement best-in-class AI with the help of Google's Scale to realize business value. He has helped customers from all industries improve their engineering and MLOps practices, take advantage of Google's Generative AI, LLMs, NLP and Vision models to modernize business processes and establish strategic roadmaps for AI in their organizations. Previously Advait was the Delivery Leader within the Watson & AI Consulting Practice at IBM. He leads Agile teams of Data Scientists and AI Practitioners to help tackle problems for some of Canada largest companies, from prototyping to production deployment. He is specialized as a thought leader and implementation leader in the space of Customer Experience Platforms and Conversational AI Interfaces. His client experience spans successful projects in the Financial Services, Healthcare, Telecommunication, Transportation/Logistics, Retail and Public Sectors. Advait holds a Master of Management in Artificial Intelligence and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queens University. His Academic career has focused on the technical application of Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing) to practical business problems. Advait has lived in 5 countries and is an avid traveller (46 countries and counting), foodie, WSET Sommelier and life long learner.
