About Adwait Joshi

An Airport Planner with experience of working on master planning assignments for multiple airports including deliverables such as capacity assessment, gap analysis and facility requirements. I have worked on multiple aviation traffic forecast studies for passengers as well as cargo operations. I also have experience of working on Techno-Economic Viability & Lender’s Independent Engineer assignments for one of the largest airport infrastructure projects in India. During the course of these assignments, I reviewed the airport financial model with respect to the regulatory guidelines published by AERA for tariff setting at airports. I conducted benchmarking analysis based on trends observed at different airports to validate the assumptions made regarding the non-aero revenue and OPEX cost. I also have experience of scouting relevant business opportunities, technical analysis of RFP / RFQ / Empanelment / EOI documents to facilitate Go/No-Go decisions, preparation of Prebid queries, developing bid formats & CVs and submission of bids on government procurement portals.
