About Adwait Joshi
I have over sixteen years of experience in bioinformatics data analysis and research. During my PhD, I worked on protein sequence analysis, algorithm development and optimisation, database and webpage development, database mining, big data analysis and management. In my postdoctoral research, I have worked on genomics and transcriptomics data analyis with an emphasis on metabolic pathway analysis. I am proficient in bash, PERL, HTML, and PHP. I have experience in HPC cluster management,research project design and workshop/conference organisation.
