1) Serving in project control department as a project planning and control engineer for Holtec Asia Pvt Ltd, Pune 2) Total experience of 9 Years in project planning and project control in Oil & Gas and Power Plant domain 3) Served as a project planning engineer right from inception of project up to hand over to client. 4) Experience of project planning, project schedule preparation in MS-Project and Primavera and carrying out costing estimation. 5) Tracking the actual cost incurred in project execution against estimated cost and address the issues to mitigate the differences. 6) Responsible for suitable work breakdown structure for all Projects and baseline preparation and management, resource loading and analysis 7) Liaising with all other departments at all meetings and addressing the critical path of the project and convey multiple float analysis of milestones. 8) Experience of preparation of all budget document, planning report and document control reports and issued in accordance with project coordination procedures. 9) Preparation of progress report on monthly and weekly basis and identify the loopholes and backlog in progress and accordingly address the issues to management for further measures.
