About Adwait Tuladhar

Having spent the last 10 years of my career in Fintech, my professional skills are now more aligned with digital financial solutions. I strongly believe that digitization of money leads to economic prosperity through enhanced transparency, affordability and convenient access to finance. In this regard, I consider myself fortunate to be a core part of Nepal’s leading Fintech company that has been a change agent in transforming the nation through digital finance. I am an MBA graduate with a bachelor’s degree in IT and this mix of academics has provided me with the right combination of managerial and technical skills required for the roles that I undertake. I believe in empowering individuals by placing trust in their own capabilities and clearly communicating what needs to be done rather than how to do it.
