About Ady Permana

In Q4 2019, Ady was entrusted by 2 shareholders to develop one of the KSS Group subsidiaries from zero, yes from nothing 0⃣. An innocent little boy, whose hobby is reading business books from DK (Dorling Kindersley Ltd), business articles from MIT Sloan Management Review & Harvard Business Review, tries to apply his knowledge & skills by racking his brains, physically and mentally. Hard skills in the clinical/healthcare field, soft skills in critical thinking & public communication, but with early steps of digital business skills 🤕. Ady is desperately studying SEO digital management and trying to attract clients by applying unorthodox sales techniques such as scientific discussions/presentations based on journals from Elsevier. Surprisingly, this method succeeded in attracting many clients, especially educated clients (university graduates). Scientific presentations/discussions via ZOOM/Microsoft Teams with prospective clients resulted turned out to generate a lot of Purchase Orders (PO) for companies. All kinds of challenges and problems, both in terms of business, clinical, technical, administration and even problems with shareholders/CEOs, always occur in startup, sometimes my opinion wins, sometimes I have to give in to the CEO, but sometimes I also try to take a middle ground. Ups and downs in the company he tried to manage well. Ady is a person who is thirsty for knowledge, loves to learn because he knows that knowledge is vast and limitless.
