As a music production graduate from Uclan and Futureworks, I have developed a unique set of skills and experiences that have prepared me for a successful career. Throughout my experiences in leadership and management, I have developed strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills that I believe will translate well into any work environment. My six years in the Army Cadets provided me with the opportunity to hone my leadership skills and cultivate a commitment to discipline, teamwork, and safety. As a Cadet Sergeant Major, I was responsible for overseeing and motivating over 700+ cadets aged 12 to 18 across Derbyshire and the country. This role required me to teach, inspire, and maintain discipline, which I believe will be valuable in sales as I will need to be persuasive and engaging with clients while maintaining a sense of professionalism and authority. Certainly! Through my experiences in both leadership and management, I have also gained valuable skills through my own business venture, AHRBProduction, a recording, mixing, and producing business based in Manchester. Through AHRBProduction, I have developed proficiency in video calling clients, planning and executing projects, creating visions, and providing coaching to clients. These experiences have taught me the importance of active listening, creativity, and attention to detail, which I believe will be valuable assets in a sales career. In addition to my leadership experience, my five years in the hospitality industry gave me a solid foundation in customer service and staff management. As a duty manager, I learned how to handle complex customer interactions and ensure that operations ran smoothly. I also started my own recording business, which taught me how to communicate effectively with clients and deliver a high-quality product. My diverse background and experiences have given me a unique perspective and have taught me the importance of adaptability and perseverance. I am confident that I have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in many fields and that I will bring a unique and valuable perspective to any team. I am eager to learn, grow, and contribute my skills to a dynamic and forward-thinking organization.
