About Aeman Llantada

As a well-rounded professional with a learner's mindset, I have grown in the roles I handled across the education, banking, and nonprofit sectors.Current Role: I am Technical Assistant at the Department of Education's Learner Formation Division (formerly Youth Formation Division), working on projects, policies, and events that aim to contribute in the holistic development of the Filipino learners.Most Recent Role: I was a Program Officer at the Education Unit of Metrobank Foundation, where I worked on the advocacy and secretariat functions for the National Teachers' Month advocacy program, a private-sector-led and government-supported campaign aiming to cultivate the national culture of honoring our Filipino teachers.Previous Pursuits: Prior to joining Metrobank Foundation, I participated in the Fellowship and Ambassadorship programs of Teach for the Philippines, a nonprofit organization that works towards education reform in the country. While teaching K-12 subjects in a public school as a TFP Teacher Fellow, I designed and implemented community projects that benefitted our school's learners, parents, and teachers. As a TFP Alumni Ambassador, I provided technical and executive support to the director's office of a national education agency.Further Studies: Currently, I am completing my MBA at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Manila, working on graduate research that looks at managerial leadership styles in an intersectional lens.
