About Aernso Delva

I’m a graduate of Lynn University with a Psychology BS degree. I am currently living here in Portage, Michigan. I am passionate, ambitious, and a natural leader. My career goal would be to work in social services, health care, or criminal justice. I’m inspired to help others by introducing them to new experiences while working to increase their confidence, empathy, and ambition and to help them realise their potential. Because I love what I do, I have a steady source of motivation that drives me to do my best. I look forward to challenging myself daily, learning new skills to do better work, and motivating people around me to achieve our goals as a team. The career goals I’m inspired by are to help others by introducing them to new experiences while working to increase their confidence, empathy and ambition and to help them realise their potential. My experiences within this field started in 2007 as I worked for a residential group home for about seven years. I’ve watched and taught children between the ages of 0-17 social and independent living skills. I’ve also learned to cooperate alongside psychologists and case managers in reunification with their present families.
