How do you grow a business while transforming its culture, strengthening resilience and staying sustainable? That question has guided me throughout my career as I’ve led Channel, Distribution & Commercial growth across industries including Oil & Gas, Military, Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, Coatings, Sealants and Adhesives. At Henkel, I’ve had the opportunity to take on increasingly broad responsibilities, from managing the GCC to leading across EEIMEA, shaping strategies, guiding teams, and ensuring products and solutions reach customers in complex and competitive markets. Some of the contributions I am most proud of include: • Supporting the expansion and scaling of business operations across diverse regions. • Leading a planned cultural transformation, where gender parity improved from 15% to 50% while the business grew significantly. • Building and mentoring a largely new team since 2020, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability and high performance. • Introducing digital transformation initiatives, including new product offerings that enhanced customer value. • Driving sustainability initiatives, aligning growth with responsible practices. What these experiences have reinforced for me is that true commercial leadership is not only about performance, but about people, culture and purpose.
