Greetings, My name is Ahmad Afif Nazhan bin Ahmad Azzianeizar, a First Class Graduate with a Bachelor of Information Systems (HONS.) Information System Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Mara(UiTM) Shah Alam. Currently working as an IoT System Engineer at Inchz IoT. A dedicated and results-driven IT technical support professional with more than a year of experience in handling evolving IoT device technology, system and technical support and troubleshooting, pre-sales and after-sales support, and UAT system go-live deployment. Experienced in IoT device and data capturing sensor setup and configuration including Zebra, Nedap, Chainway, and HID cloud tools, middleware, and wizard suited to the business working environment. Proven ability to analyze business needs and build good reputations with customers, develop solutions, and support technical operations to drive efficiency and company success. Adept at collaborating with cross-functional project, sales, and software teams, cooperating solving complex problems, and continuously learning to stay ahead in the evolving tech industry.
