I am an experienced Data Center Operations Specialist with over five years of hands-on expertise in supporting large-scale infrastructure environments. My background covers hardware lifecycle management, structured cabling, network device support, and incident response across multi-vendor platforms. Throughout my career, I have worked in data center and network operations roles, contributing to network installation, troubleshooting, capacity planning, and system optimization. I have supported deployments involving switches, routers, fiber optics, and server hardware, and have collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high availability and service reliability. I also leverage automation tools such as Power Automate and scripts in PowerShell/Python to streamline operational workflows. My experience includes building documentation, creating internal tools, and coordinating with international teams for troubleshooting and root-cause analysis. I am now looking to transition into a dedicated networking role where I can deepen my expertise in network architecture, routing and switching, and optical transport technologies such as DWDM.
