About Afiyfa Ellington

Ms. Ellington devotes her practice to litigation and appellate matters with an emphasis on business, commercial, environmental, real estate and land use disputes. She has extensive experience representing entities in the business community on all manners of disputes and stages of litigation, as well as in alternative dispute resolution forums including mediation and arbitration. In addition to handling complex litigation matters before both the state and federal courts and the Office of Administrative Law, she has extensive experience before the Superior Court of New Jersey Appellate Division. She has specific experience representing real estate developers and other businesses in all types of matters including, environmental, land use, defense of developers and sponsors in litigation involving community associations and defending developers against consumer fraud claims. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ellington served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Susan L. Reisner, J.A.D, New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division and Chancery Division. Ms. Ellington is an active volunteer with the March of Dimes/March for Babies.
