As an Event Staff, I provided excellent customer service and guidance to visitors and guests at the World Combat Games 2023 Riyadh, a live event that showcases various martial arts and combat sports. I used my communication and hospitality skills to answer queries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive and memorable experience for everyone. I also have a solid background in event management, marketing, and sales, with a Bachelor of Arts in Art/Art Studies from the University of Calicut. I have successfully researched, developed, and launched new products, using various marketing strategies to increase product visibility and attract new business. I have worked as a marketing promoter for several brands, demonstrating the features and benefits of their products and services, and employing interactive materials such as videos, charts, or slideshows to share information. I have also collaborated with other demonstrators and maintained accurate records of promotional activities, including sales data, customer feedback, and inventory tracking. My goal is to leverage my event management expertise and my passion for sports and art to create engaging and innovative events that showcase the diversity and richness of different cultures and disciplines. I am detail-oriented, adaptable, and creative, and I enjoy working with others to achieve common goals. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities in the event industry.
