At Akartha 🧑‍ Previously, I served as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at SSi People, Associate Intern at Swissmen where I honed my skills in finding the right talents, niche experts and independent consultants. ‍ Proficient in SAP (MM & PP), Office 365, Solid Works, Project Management and Graphic Design (Canva, Figma), CRM, Recruiting tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Aug 2022) from KVG College of Engineering. Hailing from the picturesque state of Karnataka, India. During my college years, I actively participated in Makers Lab and Vayujit Racing, as part of the College Go Kart Racing Team. In a prestigious National Level Go Kart Design Challenge organized by ISNEE Motorsports, we secured the Overall Championship, as well as triumphed in Endurance and Fuel Economy categories, earning a Special Token of Appreciation. I'm an optimistic and multi-talented individual, striving to unlock my full potential. My curiosity drives me to seek knowledge, while my empathic nature allows me to be a compassionate listener and persuasive speaker.
