I am a results-driven professional with diverse experience spanning health and safety engineering in oil and gas operations, and manufacturing operations. Over the course of my career, I have demonstrated expertise in scaling businesses, optimizing processes, and driving impactful outcomes. As the Founder and CEO of Azores International, I spearheaded strategic initiatives to expand our footprint to 14 states across India. My entrepreneurial journey has been both challenging and rewarding, teaching me the value of adaptability, innovation, and resilience in a highly competitive industry. Previously, I honed my skills in the oil and gas sector as a Health and Safety Engineer, where I managed approximately crew members, achieved zero-accident milestones, and implemented safety strategies that enhanced worker welfare, improving employee motivation and job satisfaction. These experiences have strengthened my abilities in health and safety management, process optimization, and employee engagement. My contributions extend beyond my professional roles—I have raised to empower underprivileged women, coached students to succeed in inter-school football tournaments, and volunteered to promote sustainability through upcycling.
