Currently, I am a Human Resource Intern at Reckitt(manufacturers of Dettol, Harpic, Mortein, Durex, Jik, Airwhick, and Finish) where I excel in recruitment, induction, onboarding, and administrative management.My journey in leadership began at AIESEC in Ibadan, where I served as Branch Director, demonstrating strategic acumen by aligning plans with AIESEC's vision and organizing a successful National Conference. I'm passionate about member development, evident through mentorship, coaching, and training programs.My marketing experience at Made Of Art allowed me to contribute significantly to nurturing artistic skills in children and youth, while my role as Convener of the Leadership Summit showcased my strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.Internationally, I honed my expertise as a Talent Intelligence Manager with AIESEC in the United Kingdom, focusing on data analytics and providing valuable recommendations to organizational leaders.My dedication to continuous learning is reflected in my pursuit of a second degree in Business Management at Miva Open University, complementing my first degree in Mathematics from the University of Ibadan.
