Organizes and coordinates recruitment activities as per the recruitment policy. • Sourcing profiles, headhunting via recruitment portals for timely providing suitable applicants for open positions. • Assessing a Job description and conduct initial HR interview for applicants. • Coordinate with recruitment agencies for arranging interviews and providing interview feedback. • Coordinate with Administrations team for mobilization of new employees (overseas or local) • Coordinate with Salalah HR team for visa request for candidates coming either on visit visa or for permanent employment. • Prepare and maintain recruitment paperwork for completeness and accuracy including but not limited to manpower request form, interview evaluation sheet, compensation & benefit form, and offer & contract letter. • Schedule interviews with the hiring manager or panel members. • Responds to applicants’ inquiries both orally and in writing. • Maintain employment files for all new employees as per the policy. • Communicate/ offer details to applicant or selected candidates. • Provide advice to clarify ambiguous job inquiries. • Process recruitment related invoices in SAP. • Identifies initial salary placement and makes job offers
