Afroj is a Chartered Engineer with extensive experience managing large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects across diverse sectors—including buildings, rail and metro, tunnels, highways, and bridges, luxury tourism destination building, Petrochemical Refinery spanning more than 20 countries. My expertise covers the full project lifecycle, from inception, CPM, Detailed design till construction, with a proven ability to lead multicultural Design teams and coordinate effectively with clients, EPC contractors, consultants, and geotechnical specialists. Passionate about innovation and delivering impactful infrastructure, actively contributes to the industry through technical papers that transform project learnings into valuable insights for future developments. As Manager – Infrastructure at Red Sea Global, Afroj leads a design team of ground engineering professionals, providing technical leadership, strategic design direction and overseeing implementation to ensure high-quality design delivery across Mega and GIGA projects.
