I am Afroz Aziz. I am currently involved with Tim Hortons in customer service for full time and looking for a Human resource junior assistant or HR placement in companies. I am ready to do an internship under an expert who could mold me in the direction of becoming a good human resource manager and learn more about human nature. I’m writing to apply for the opening position of the company customer service representative. I worked as a customer service representative at Tata Business Support Services, ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company, and TATA AIG Insurance Company in Hyderabad. I have around 4 to 5 years of customer service representative experience combined, during this time I have developed phone manners and the ability to politely deal with customer queries. I am accustomed to working on multiple projects simultaneously and meet goals and deadlines efficiently. Through my tenure with different companies, I have built lasting customer relationships and strengthen customer loyalty. I worked at their call center and deal with customers exclusively remotely, mostly by phone but occasionally over chat and online. I am also well trained in dealing with customer concerns and complaints and have been trained in selling and managing more complicated accounts.
