Managing the payment run of the four markets by doing the pre-payment audit Reconcile the proposal after releasing the payment from SAP which gets captured under treasury council portal Monitoring each and every vendor payment proposal for each markets and if there is any issue related to bank details, payment method, etc; block the vendor proposal so that the particaular document does not get paid and follow up the issue with the clients and the vendor accordingly Investigating and solving the payment related case if it gets returned/rejected by the banks/treasury council or refund by the vendor Analyzing each case the reason why the vendor does not received the payment and communicate with different departments regarding the vendor related issues Scrutinizing the documents according to the standard operating procedure and plan necessary actions to rectify the errors on the same day so that vendor can receive the payments without delay Preparing and publishing the audit reports which reflects the accuracy percentage in SLA reporting Coordinating with vendors through mails/calls regarding any query, discrepancy and updates related to process and sharing the same with the team Maintained the files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices Adhoc activities like assisted in month end close, maintain different trackers and sending splash for recent updates on vendor exceptions
